T-mobile and Verizon are tops in JD Power surveys wherever they are available. Check out jdpower.com, and find wireless telecom providers at the bottom. They have surveys in customer satisfaction and call quality. I'm on Cingular. I wish I had seen these surveys before I signed the 2 YEAR CONTRACT.

i have had att, cingular, alttel & sprint.
of course things keep changing...like they buy each other.
i was not happy with alterl--too many dropped calls.
i am not happy with sprint--dropped calls, coverage sucks and my bedroom is a roaming area.
i liked att & cingular better but not sure who owns them or that now.
i think altel took over cingular.
not sure if att is still in business but if it is i think that was the best one i've had.
i have not tried tmobile or that other new one.
