Downsides: Traffic, old people, overdeveloped and too spread out, hurricanes, way too hot most of the year.
Positive: Good citrus. That's about it... probably a nice place to spend a week or 2 but not to live.

Yes, traffic. They have been under construction for too many years to count. I dread driving through there every time I have to go to the other coast. Try the east coast it is much better.
