As others have pointed out, Blue Rondo were probably referencing Charlie Parker. Other artists have also released tracks with this title, namely: Max Roach and Wes Montgomery.

According to google Klactoveesedstein was the name of a Charlie Parker album. Charlie Parker was a jazz musician.
You might want to look into more info about Parker and see if that doesn't lead you to more info.
