In my case the eight hours sleep did a disappearing act a while back. Once I find that again, I'll think about the 8 hours you're talking about...

What? Does not make any sense. Those eight hours are the best of every day. Sleep hours would be a disappearing act.

Oh yeah. Especially on the weekends. They fly by when 2 days of work during the week feels like an eternity!

I think a typical work day should be no more then 6 hours, plus 1 hr. for lunch. Anything more then that is just slave labor.
