I voted straight Republican... I will not vote for liberals...

No. I know enough about politics to understand the Iraq situation is not dependent upon 'This Election.' My voting was more for Local/County Candidates.
Although, I was once told that it takes a democrat to get America out of war, so we shall see.
The Dems have control of the House now. Still waiting on Virgina and Montana to see how the Senate will rest.
Thanks for the Question.

In the sense that national security is on the line then I guess I could say yes. Dems keep saying change , change , change but have no plan for change. All they do is come down on everything but have no answer on how to fix anything. All they are interested in is raising taxes (bye bye lower taxes) and making sure morals and values are screwed up. So the only one with any answers (whether they are right or wrong answers, at least its an answer) are the Republicans.

Somewhat but it is just one of many issues where change is needed. Voted for democrats for the 1st time in my life!!

Not really. I voted for my candidates and proposals on a more personal level though it was kind of hard to know what the candidates stood for with all the back stabbing, mud slinging going on! In Michigan I was REAL glad we voted not to have mourning dove season for example. Who could shoot a bird that sits on your deck and looks in at you while you eat dinner?!

Absolutely. We need a new direction in the war. Not only that our men are dying out there in Iraq; but also our economy suffers for it too.

Um - yes, it did. It wasn't the only factor influencing my vote, but it was an important one.

The war itself.. not really.. but the way political figures acted towards the war.. yes. If that makes any sense.. haha.

It did a little but not as much as a lot of the other things going on such as Republicans in general!
