I am a recent college graduate with a biology degree, what do I do with I? I mean, I am waiting to get in to physical therapy school, but I want to work until I get in. I have been searching for two months now and in a state as big as Texas, you would think a job would fall out of the sky. So, what do I do?

If you are going into PT school, why not get a job as a PT aide/tech or even in the front office? Since you are required to get a certain number of hours in a PT setting and you could always benefit from more experience. You will also be able to get great references and connections (think - future job after PT school). Send your resume' out to local hospitals, clinics, SNFs, etc - don't wait for an ad in the paper.

i'm a biology grad as well, and you should go to a job agency specifically focused towards the biology/chemistry industry. that way you can get either a temp or contract position that will work with the time that you have opened from now until you go to grad school. also, as a contract worker, you do receive benefits through the agency you are going through. some job agency for the science grad are labsupport and aerotek. i got a contract to hire position through aerotek, so you should find work pretty easily that way.

chum! Wow! corporation is the position that's at. trading, because you do not have any practise or journey contained in the authentic international, attempt sales! trust me, sales is the position the money is! Whoops. I extremely have 2 ranges, corporation administration and promotion and marketing, yet I retired many years in the past.. i'm fifty 4!

Look at the survey and land development companies. They use biologist to deliniate environmental areas in the field. Wetland surveys, etc...

YOU CAN ALWAYS TEACH HEALTH IN THE SCHOOL SYSTEM AND THE ARE HOSPITAL THAT COULD USE YOU ALSO CHECK INTO THOSE THINGS.

Yu could had the degeree on the wall and stare at it for hours. Or look for work in your field.. geez didn't you think about where you could work BEFORE making that your major?
