Hello....
The Palm LifeDrive and The Palm LifeDrive w/ Showtime are the same unit with the exception that w/Showtime includes headphones and dvd conversion software to enable movie viewing on the Lifedrive.
So....Which is best? If you are paying the same price go for the w/Showtime. If you are having to pay more...what is the value of dvd ripping to you...how likely are you to do it?
Are you comfortable with ripping using free tools like DVDFAB and using headphones from another source? If so....save your money and buy the regular lifedrive.
