There's nothing that can be done to increase your height at 25. You're well past puberty. No advertised product will make you grow, unfortunately.

There are surgeries which involve chipping and elongating the bones in your legs. These are typically excrutiating and the procedures last for years to achieve a result of an inch or two. This is sometimes performed on people with dwarfism, but I can't imagine many doctors who would be willing to put a patient through that kind of pain if they are already at 5'7" ... which, while not average (which is probably 5'9" or 5'10"), is not abnormally short for a male.

Be happy with yourself. I recommend trying to achieve those goals just as you are.

At 25, you are well past puberty and thus done with all the growth in many areas of the body (heioght included) that you are goign to experience. Yes there may be products that say they will make you taller or longer or whatever, but between bogus claims, possible nasty side effects and many being merely of temporary effect, it might be a waste of money.

One old way people said you could gain height was to hang by the armpits for a period of time each day. This would tend to stretch the spine and may give you a bit more height. then again if you aren't really careful, it could do some spinal damage not to mention yielding pretty sore armpits.

By far the easiest way to appear taller - at least while in public - is to buy shoes with thicker than normal soles. Yes they were once referred to as 'elevator' shoes. So unless you go barefoot, the shoes give you a bit of a boost.

But one thing many people miss is they slouch a lot and walk all hunched over. While tall people are more prone to doing this (to hide their height), many short people do too. So, start by improving your posture so you always stand and sit up nice and straight. Even if it doesn't make you taller, it will make you look taller.

All that said, unless you are living in the land of giants or are only interested in dating people over 6' tall, what the heck is wrong with being 5'7". My roommate is and he thinks it's just fine. I'm only an inch over that and that works nicely for me. And many other people I know are between 5'6 and 5'10 and none of us are all that hung up about being 'short'.

Stay away from pills. They won't help and every medicine is also a poison (famous quote).

The best way to maintain height is to stay away from high impact sports and exercises that compress the spine. Exercises that "increase" height don't really make you grow; they do, however, give the appearance. These exercises are ones that lengthen muscles, such as yoga and stretches.

it particularly is all genetics. on a similar time as appropriate nutrition can play a function, you're lots too previous to attempt that direction. some men proceed to strengthen till approximately 25, yet do no longer assume it. the only way you are able to strengthen taller is with a bone-lengthening technique. They harm the bones and placed them in a particular brace that enables the medical doctors to flow the bones aside very, very slowly. it particularly is totally painful, insurance probable won't conceal it, and you will purely earnings a max of five".

it is nearly impossible to grow after that age. The only way is to have you bones broken and extended by a doctor. It is a very painful long process and i have only seen it done in children with dwarfism. You could talk to a doctor about human growth hormone therapy but i doubt that would work for someone your age either and they probably would not do it anyway. anything that is a supplement off the internet will definitely not work.

Men pretty much stop growing taller by age 25. Do not believe ANY product that claims it can increase your height.

All of those products are a SCAM. A lie. They do not work. If you are 25, you are DONE growing. There is no way to make yourself taller. NONE. There are no drugs, vitamins, supplements, devices, exercises....nothing. Accept your height. You are what you are.

Other than a leg lengthening procedure, I don't think there is much you can do. Just stand up straight, and capitalize on what you have.
