im taking my birth control pill worry should i stop and start again when my period come back?

As long as you taking it regularly you are fine but if you miss two or more pills on the same pack you should start over. They recommend that you take it when you start your period but doctors don't always agree with that.

You should follow the directions your doctor gave you. There are two main types of birth control pills, those that come in 28 pill packs and those that come in 21 pill packs. If you have pills that come in 28 packs then you should take a pill every day and never stop until you're ready to stop taking the pills completely and get pregnant or use a different birth control method.
