Everyday...I am always in trouble for something that either doesn't pertain to my job or its so minute that it doesn't warrant the breath to chew me out. They just look for someone to blame and I'm an easy target I guess. Or my office manager is racially biased

No, I get it directly from the top. Lately it's been very uncomfortable having to walk that delicate line. My tongue has a mind of its own, but my brain knows better.

Aren't we all? That's why I got out of the workforce and went back to school. I was sick of being overworked, underpaid, and mistreated.
