I don't actually drink that much water but I do eat ice which is, as we all know, frozen water and judging by how often that I have to piddle I would say it is easily 2 liters! I don't actually notice any of the benefits that you are supposed to get from it but I HAVE lost weight from doing it! If I am eating ice, I am NOT eating food!

Yes, I usually do, but I really like water and usually it is all I drink other than my one or two cups of coffee a day. But coffee cancels itself as a water serving, because of the caffeine. Anything with caffeine is not a serving of water. Also, there is a good deal of water in food. So 6 glasses of water a day is enough, especially if you eat a well balanced diet.
Peace

I drink more than 2 litres of water a day. Sometimes, I drink more than 3 litres when do exercise like playing badminton or football. If you feel thirsty, just drink some water. Our body just know when we need to have a drink.

They have done Scientific test to prove this is a Myth!
We ALL metabolize Water/Fluids at Different rates-Therefore 2 Litres maybe great for One person and Have No beneficial effects on another!

I drink more than that. That's just about all I ever drink. Even if I'm drinking something else, gotta have my water sitting next to it.

No, I wish I did though. It's such an easy way to help with a little bit of weight loss and water weight.
Here's a little something to add...I heard that for everyone ounce of caffeinated beverage that you drink you should add an additional ounce of water to your daily amount.
