No, not really. This format is for everyone, including people who have just joined. People have a lot of the same questions. If I have already answered it I will probably skip over and to the next.
Depends on the question, I don't like repeating myself.

The exception would be medical questions, such as pregnancy. It is very sad that people are compelled (for whatever reason) to use this format for medical questions.

Yes, in the relationship section they are rampant - like "describe your wedding cake" or "how were you proposed to." The worst is when you take the time to answer them over and over again and still don't get picked as best answer when you've got a really awesome story!!

Yes! Some people have already asked the same questions that continue to get posted on here by other users who don't think to search before posting.

Nope. People join Y!A every day and don't know that the Q's have been asked already. And different people answer at different times. Plus, I have seen this very question several times and I have gotten the two points each time by answering in a similar fashion.

Lol,it is a little weird to say the least.However,i am persistent about most things,and i would guess thats just how they are about an answer.I wouldnt say i get annoyed tho.Have a good day hun.

Not at all...this would be one of them. I have no problem in the world with it..i am constantly evolving...as we all are, so my answers might be one way one dayand the next ...a bit different.....
