You cant unless she gives it to you, or if it is on a personal website she has. If a directory of email addresses existed everyone would be getting Viagra emails/other junk every 2 seconds. Unless you know her ISP (Internet Service Provider) Some ISP's will have an email search on there website.

If you know where he/she works in or studies in, in India, you may get to the company directory on the web and find out his/her email.
Otherwise it will be really difficult, must of my friends in India, have hotmail or Yahoo mail...

It depends on the mail service he is using. For yahoo! you must try yahoo! people, yahoo! groups etc.
