Give it time, love is patience. From the sound of things you haven't spent that much time with her, so love shouldn't even be in the picture. Take a moment and think about your true feelings, and with her quietness: she may feel uncomfortable around you so make it so that she will feel comfortable then you probably wouldn't get her to shut up. Or she may be shy because she probably likes you too. But just take things slow.

It sounds like you really like the way she makes you feel. And you've told her that. Bravo!
It also sounds like she might be a bit shy. Each day say something to her, just a little something. Ask her what her all-time favorite movie is or what her favorite desert dish might be. What ever question you ask, be willing to answer yourself. The next day. share a joke with her, the next day, show her something interesting you found on the internet. The point is not to try to impress her, but to share things with her. Find little ways of relating to her, and I believe she'll open up to you a little more each day.
If after a couple of weeks, she hasn't come out of her shell a little bit, it may be that she's chronically shy, and needs to work through some personal issues before she can accept the attentions she's being offered. As much as you like her, at that point, you'll have to decide if you want to wait on her to do that, staying on the side-lines in her life, or if it would be better for you to move on and find someone who will like you as much as you like them.

Sounds like she's shy. I used to be shy, VERY shy. Be there for her, give her time, if she likes you she'll come around. No matter what always be her friend.

go on her and start to talk her you first and then she relise that you love her but if she does not dont love her any more find another girl that she loves you and you love her
