Most proxies will be blocked at your school anyway including the one mentioned above.
Sometimes certain parts of domains are blocked, and this can be exploited.
Try going to http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm - it might load this page.
Otherwise you'll have to search Google for working proxies.

You can't. They have it blocked for their own reasons. You could probably go to a library outside of school if you want to access the my-space.
