Hmm..., check out the first link to learn more about the fictional school, the second one has film locations from the first movie and apparently hogwarts is actually made up from several different castles. All in the UK though, check the link for more details.

Hogwarts,the school, doesn't exist. But the castle,where they filmed it, does. Don't know where it is but i think it's in England.

It exists on sound stages in London, and they do tours. Pack your bags. Not sure how much it costs, as I live in the US. But, they might not be doing tours atm since they're filming the 5th Potter film now.
