Soccer, Track and Field sports, Football, Basketball and Tennis would be your best bet.

Basically, any sport that requires plenty of cardio and muscle training will be good for the body. The cardio part will increase your heart rate, metabolism, etc; and the muscle training/weight lifting will help burn bad fats, build/tone muscles, etc.

My top five would be... Lacrosse, track, soccer, basketball, swimming (something besides running, but is also a great exercise.)

All sports are good for the body. They help with the mind,heart,weight and reflexes.
Consider swimming, tennis, baseball, football and golf

Swimming and track/running good for cardio
baseball same thing
football - don't know silly sport
golf - get's men out of the house
