Basically, any sport that requires plenty of cardio and muscle training will be good for the body. The cardio part will increase your heart rate, metabolism, etc; and the muscle training/weight lifting will help burn bad fats, build/tone muscles, etc.
My top five would be... Lacrosse, track, soccer, basketball, swimming (something besides running, but is also a great exercise.)

All sports are good for the body. They help with the mind,heart,weight and reflexes.
Consider swimming, tennis, baseball, football and golf
