Grey is a nice neutral colour that will go with almost anything. Any shade of red (including pinks) would suit. All blues from darkest to lightest would go with them. All greens. I'd want to stay away from oranges of all hues, because orange is a very warm colour and grey is cool. To me it seems they'd clash too much. The same for the darker yellows, although I can imagine a pastel yellow looking okay.

Stay away from earth tones, just about any other color goes with gray.

something primary. like red, blue, yellow (maybe not), or black. i would say somthing neutral but browns and greys don`t mix according to my eyes
