Do you realize that the only reason we have to make loads of money is because of women?

Um, no. I would be the happiest out in the middle of freaking no where, living in a log cabin (i have always wanted to live in a log cabin for some reason) I dont care about big cars, boats are nice but if i had a boat, i would rather just live on it and not even have a house. I dont want a huge house cause its too much to take care of and its pointless and i sure as hell dont want 16 KIDS (not mistakes, by the way)

i am a women and i would be happy with a cabin! as long as there was a truck to get to and from the cabin,can i ask does this cabin have running water and a toilet in side or a out house? i think men can be just as materialistic as women can be! you i think are just a little bitter there! answer me this? how many wars were started by women?what do most of the missiles,bullets look like?you just named things that a man would like cabin,boat,substitute the big car for truck! you can tell me you would be happy in a old cabin with no boat,no truck,no TV,no fishing pole, no female companionship? the reason men make money is because men associate money with power and when you have money you have power!just go to work for yourself and in time you,ll meet someone who will want that cabin just like you!

I'm a woman that's had a full time job all of my adult life. I have worked hard to pay for everything I have. It makes you appreciate what you have when you pay for it yourself. I would never ask anyone else to buy me big cars, boats or a huge house. I have expensive vehicles that I have paid for. My husband does as well. We have a wonderful home that's ours. Unable to have children but I do have a wonderful step son that came with my wonderful marraige. NOT MISTAKES! For those people who don't want children... There are prevention measures. Not all women are gold diggers & I'm sorry if you've had the misfortune of ending up with one. About the makeup thing... I wear a little makeup everyday when I go to the office, but it's not overdone. Very little makeup when I'm not working. I'm lucky to have a good complection. It's easy to spot the high maintenance gal & avoid her if you don't like that type. Heavy makeup, High maintenance hair, nails & the whole look. Notice with your eyes instead of your other body part. If you are not happy, find a new life for yourself. Life is too short.

By the way most women make their own money or contribute to the household income. But maybe you don't know this because you have already lived in your cabin for the last 30 years.

You are making a general statement that happens NOT to be true. Women are also the money makers and have been subject to this, we just don't whine as much as men. We don't call children mistakes either. I sense a bit of resentment on your part and maybe you just chose the wrong partner for yourself. Maybe men would be happy with a cabin as long as someone else is there to clean it up, cook, laundry, etc. I could say men only want one thing... but I won't. It goes both ways!

First of all, I make my OWN money. I'm a self-sufficient, independent woman. Secondly, even if I had all the money in the world, I would still by a smaller home because it is more cozy and there is less to clean!

There are just as many men out there that are as materialistic as women. It happens to be my husband who wants all the latest gadgets, the bigger tv, the best stereo system, etc etc.

Maybe it's YOUR taste in women that you should be questioning. I know so many men that want the hot girl who dresses herself in the latest fashions and has perfect hair and perfect make-up all the time. But then once they get into a relationship with this type of girl, they are shocked that she is so materialistic! It costs a lot of money to do all that. Be careful what you wish for....

Uhhhh, Dude, what rock did you just crawl out from under??? SOME women want all they can get from a man. Most women want love and devotion before anything else. Boats? I don't think so. A hard-working man? Absolutely! And it's for stability not the "stuff". Now here is a clue, if you can get pus*sy somewhere else without making a decent living, go for it. Hmm, your not talking to the right women then. I dont consider those things to be that important. I want someone to be a partner with. I am not looking for cars and boats and I dont wear much make up. I would love to have a cabin. My biggest want is a partner to share life with. 50/50.

Uh huh, right, so many women buying boats these days . . . actually the 'loads of $$ men' I've encountered, have to buy the wife lots of stuff because they are only home a couple of hours a day - the guy is off being a big powerhouse somewhere, neglecting the home so, women shop to compensate for the absentee male.
If you had gone home more often, it would have cost you less $$.
