I wanted to know what could be an easier formula to acquire a percentage of a certain amount? Like what will be the 28.4 percent of $3.67 billion?

Think of 1.0 as 100%. So if you have 25 percent, multiply the number by .25. If you want to find 40.221 percent of a number, then multiply it by .40221
