Bush is reaping what he has sown. For the past several years he's given us a sorry combination of social policy from the religious right, domestic programs and spending like a drunken liberal on crack, a war like Vietnam in which the military is restrained by political correctness from winning it, and rhetoric like a self-confidant third-grader. No wonder people want a change! And don't think this is from some crazy Demo -- I voted for the s.o.b. both times, and I'm ashamed of what he's done to my party. Now we'll have to pay the piper for W's mistakes and hubris, with a number of years with the wacko Pelosi and her ilk calling the shots. Think I'll get some Ambien and sleep through the next eight or ten years. Good luck, America.

Another person that has absolutley no idea as to who got elected last night. The majority of Democrats elected are conservatives. Some even more conservative than their oponents.

You are right about one thing though. It will definately slow down efforts to make our religious beliefs law. Now instead of pushing these beliefs on to the citizens of this country we will have to go back to showing our beliefs by example, exactly the way Christ told us to do. Christianity was never meant to be an easy faith to live out. It, like democracy will never be something you can force on others.

As for your tired old nes jab at people thinking the marines are dummys, the only people I think are dummies are the ones who do the research on Kerry's comments and still really believe he was talking about the troops.

You better get busy that is a full schedule.

After you finish # 5 on your list you'll look like Bush after getting spiritual advise from Teddy Haggard.

Hmmm... well perhaps you can live free to make whatever choices you feel you need to make unless you truly feel the need for the government to make these choices for you. I would hope that you are free and capable of making these choices for yourself because Democrats unlike Republicans probably won't be trying to make these decisions for you. I'm sure you have a great fear of having the freedom of thinking for yourself but let's give it a try you might find your completely capable and actually enjoy it.
