I just wondered what the difference is?

would this make all BSM & AA instructors a grade 6?

The higher the grade ie 6 the better the instructor is. Not all BSM & AA instructors are grade 6. Each instructor is assessed on an individual basis and have a check test. If they get 1,2 or 3 then they are retested within 6 months. They have about 2 or 3 chances at this test of contuinued ability. If they still fail then their right to teach for money will cease and they will have to take all the exams again. And yes some instructors have been struck off the approved register for not meeting the standard required.

all driving instructors are graded individualy from the dsa.grade 1 2 and 3 are fails grade 4 5 and 6 are passes nothing to do with pass plus or bsm grade 4 instructors are rechecked within 2 years grade 5-3 years grade 6- 4 years

Could be something to do with PLUS PASS, not all driving instructors can teach this! Not really sure, just a shot in the dark!

while evryone else is forced to use the matchbox set......
