The first thing is to take a pregnancy test - prenatal care is very important and nutritional deficiencies in utero are irreversible (for example folic acid prevents spina bifida).

You could try a planned parenthood type place or just call an OB office and explain your situation. I needed an OB visit, didn't have insurance and called about my situation. The whole charge was $30 and I didn't have to pay it that day.

Your health is important, please get checked out by a physician and best of luck to you!

So many things could be going on that you really need to see a doctor. There are some clinics that take fees based on income, like the health dept, and others that employ a doctor that will take a lower rate.

Where I live, the doctors will often see cash patients for a reduced fee, similar to the fee they would receive from medicaid, for example. while this is still money you have to pay, it should be less and it is your health. Please call a doctor today, the front desk people should be able to answer the fee questions while you're on the phone.

Lack of a menstrual period is called amenorrhea. When this occurs in a woman who has never had a period it is called primary amenorrhea. In cases like yours, where there has been cycles in the past, it can be called secondary amenorrhea.

Of course, not every missed period warrants a clinical diagnosis and evaluation. Most physicians will consider missed periods a potential problem after 6 months, in a woman who has had regular cycles before. If a woman was irregular before, than twelve months is the usual timeframe.

The most common cause is pregnancy. It is also common at both ends of woman's menstrual history--in early adolescence and just before menopause.
Diagnosis
Secondary Amenorrhea is a symptom, not a disease in and of itself. In order to determine which of many causes is responsible, your doctor will start with a history. She will review any other symptoms you have, and relevant medical history. She will examine you for signs of bodily changes that occur with the various causes. If indicated, she will order tests to measure your hormone levels. If the problem is suspected as being at the level of the endometrium (lining of the uterus), then progestins will be given and then stopped to evaluate it. This is called a Progestin Withdrawal test.
i suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible.
if that is not possible you could see a campus nurse for further suggestions
n god bless you child

Go to the hospital financial department. I also do not have ins. but have recently had some necesary pricey tests done. You may qualify for financial assistance through this department, some can be 100% charity, 75%, or 50%. Go in or call to see what you need to provide to the hospital to determine wether you can get help from the monies they receive from donors. I recently found this out and wish I had known years ago.

go to your county DHEC. They should be able to handle your care for free or a very small fee (if they still do it). Or call first and ask. They can also give you free birth control to get you back on a normal schedule. Here is the number to the health dept in Miami 305-324-2489 155 S. Miami Ave. It can't hurt to call.

So what are you telling us here?? that you are 7 month pregnant and havent been to a doctors???

I dont live in the US so not too sure, but there must be some place that treats people without insurance, you obviously wont get the best ante-natal care due to this, but everyone is entitled to medical care of some sort. Can you not be put on someone else's insurance, i would visit your local citizens advice and speak to them, they will tell you what your rights are and hopefully where the nearest free medical centre is.

Good Luck and stop stalling, you will be fine

only examining those solutions are going to furnish me a nightmare thinking of if those musicians formed a band. Worst Vocalist: Chad Kroeger Worst Drummer: Meg White (besides the certainty that I do only like the White Stripes) Worst Bassist: Nikki Sixx Worst Guitarist: Herman Lee

Sometimes its normal at that age to have disorders because of your hormones...my friend had that...if you had drastic weight loss or growth or the change of climate or anything else..do the test anyway and try to see a doctor asap!!
