haha oh jeez. offcourse you can't do that. either go buy stamps and put it on or just go to the post office and they'll put the stamps for you and you can pay there. i'm sure it won't be more than a dollar. lol. depends on how many letters you're sending. but lol no don't tape two pennies on the envelope. They'll think you're abnormal. Which i'm sure you're not because you're gorgeous, and gorgeous people are never abnormal. heh. =P i hope this helps. =]

Don't tape the pennies to the envelope. They will have to be peeled off and the paper may tear. Simply put the money in your mailbox (in a little ziploc baggie) with a polite note asking the mailman to affix the additional postage for you. I have done this a couple of times and never had a problem.

My kids do it ALL THE TIME. Actually, they just tape forty cents on there, and the postman leaves a one-cent stamp. very handy. Then they will actually put thirtynine one cent stamps on one envelope. (I'm not ashamed to say, they got the idea from me.)

Most areas, if you put a letter with some extra change in your mailbox, the carrier will stick stamps on it. He carries stamps for "emergencies" of this sort. Don't try it unless it's your home box, though.

I have done it several times. The post office will send it through. Legal? I don't know.
