It all depends on what the other three are, the first answer you have been given suggests it is is 'time' and that is right if one is talking about the cosmos, but I suspect you are talking about what causes or how thought occupies the confines of the brain, i,e, can the mind travel infinitely though the cosmos without the body.. I would suggest that thought, the energy source that provides the thought and the actual soul are the dimensions that allow activity to function perhaps the forth dimension could be conscience, but this would be open to interpretation and would not work without other dimensional activity such as balance.
Give us a break philosopher Fred, Time is the mathematical solution to the forth Dimension it has nothing to do with mind logic. No one has considered the infinite expansion of the theoretical brain with or without the body. Consider this:
REMOVE ALL MATTER ,BLACK HOLES AND EVEN known SPACE or space we don't know of AND THEN LEAVE YOUR BODY ON THE WORLD THAT HAS JUST BEEN REMOVED. so that the universe in your mind is detached to a spot in that place which superceeds or was there before matter was formed, WHERE ARE YOU? just imagine your confusion How and what would you judge time on. What actually would be relative to what?

Forth dimension in philosophy: could this be thought? Thought, the zenith of which is wisdom. As the truly wise will never declare themselves to be wise. They will instead search for wisdom with all the wisdom they have by thinking. No, it cannot be anything else but thinking for ‘there is nothing good or bad only thinking make it so.' Time is the change observable, but thinking too changes things in the mind, only most powerfully.

One answer is Time. It is a peculiar dimension, for instance because we appear to be restricted to travelling in one direction through Time. Also, following Einstein's discoveries about physics we should observe that time and space do not appear to be independent dimensions.
Another way of looking at dimensions is as corresponding to elements of a set (a,b,c.....). We happen to live in a world where our spatial position can be described in three dimensions (a,b,c). However, metaphysically there could be a world with four, or indeed any number, of dimensions. Then the fourth dimension is that corresponding to the fourth member of the set.
Thinking of space and time in these set terms, we can do a couple of things that explain why time is as it is. Firstly, suppose we move between different values of the set. then we can move from values of the set where A,B,or C either increase or decrease. But if our current postion is represented by (A1,B1,C1 ,D1) we can only get to (or access) (A2,B2,C2,D2) if the value of D2 is greater thand D1, and indeed the values of D in the sets we locate ourselves in must increase incrementally. Also, we can take account of the interdependence of Space and Time by placing restricting on the value of D within the set gven the values of A, B and C.
My brain hurts now as I am no expert on formal logic and its relation to metaphysics, but I hope you get the general drift!

Time is the fourth dimension. The recogition of this is a hallmark of post Newtonian science, particularly relativity. It is a philosphical concept in so far as it relates to the philosophy of science.

The essence of a length is length of place alongside a single axis. shifting east or west or up or down is beside the point to the length of north. suitable is T-symmetry, which exhibits that almost of our actual rules and strategies are symmetric with admire to time. Entropy is the regular exception. almost each thing else works merely effective whether time strikes forward or backward. possibly entropy is what restricts time to forward circulate.
