The last I saw, Issue 4 had a majority no while Issue 5 had a majority yes. Does anyone know what ended up being the result? I cannot find it online anywhere, it's just the governor, Senate, and House stuff...

veergeo -- I totally agree. That just shows that there are actually more non-smokers than smokers in the state.

Agreed again veergeo, it's their "right to smoke" but it's most definatly NOT their right to give innocent people second hand smoke and possibly lung cancer.

issue 4 failed and 5 passed, which is what i think it should be. if you go to the link below, scroll down just passed half way and you'll see the results.

yeah sarah, and if you meet someone who thinks it's unconstitutional, you can think of it as a health code violation. i mean, restaurants need to follow the cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, freshness of ingredients, etc. now most pro-smoke people won't buy into the argument that smoke is invading their personal space and second hand smoke does kill, so apply it this way, how would people feel if someone coughed some contagious disease in their face, or on their food, or even on their kids? same with smoke.

Both the "buy a Ohio Law for yourself" Ohio ballot initiatives failed. The #3 Slot Machines for Education and the #4 Smoke less than a Chimney initiatives both failed.
