Hey, my fiance and I are trying for a baby. We have been together for almost 4 years now. We tried last month but didn't really plan it out all well during ovulation time. Well this month we planned it just right during ovulation time. Well she has been complaining about head aches, pains in the stomach, feeling dizzy, and feeling cold all the time yet her temperature is normal? She says she can't lay on her stomach anymore at night she has to sleep on her side. She does have the sore breasts as well. We have another week left before she is due her period or have it late (hoping it will be late and she is preg.) What do you all think? I am anxious and we both want a baby. We will be taking a test if she is late, but I am anxious now and want to get peoples opinions.

No doc visit yet. Figure we would wait and see whether she gets her period first.

all the symptoms sound typical of early pregnancy but it is perhaps too soon to tell for sure, all you can do is wait until she is due her period - if she misses it then suggest she goes to the doctor for a blood test (as they are much more reliable than home tests) then you will know for sure.
You must be very excited, but try not to build it up too much becoz it will be such a let-down if she is not pregnant this month.
Keep trying ;o)

Sore breasts are usually a big give away to pregnancy. Feeling slightly bloat and/or nausea and feeling light headed can be another hint. You may also find that you are extra sensitive to smells.
I would, however; be a little concerned about the head aches, stomach pains and chills which are not typical first signs of pregnancy. Head aches and dizziness can be a sign of sinus infections, inner ear infections and high blood pressure. (Sometimes pregnancy can cause blood pressure to be off.)
When I was 14 I went to the doctor with nausea and dizziness issues. He started grilling me about my periods and about whether or not I was sexually active. I was not. I was a virgin. I had never even been allowed to go on a date yet. He didn't believe me. When the pregnancy test came back negative, then he gave me the basic check up. It was an inner ear infection. I was so humiliated and so angry that I refused to ever go back to that doctor again!
Or...she might be coming down with some other bug. I would suggest you get her an appointment with her regular doctor soon just to be sure. Also, don't forget to tell him/her first thing that you are trying to get pregnant. I don't want to alarm you, but you really should have her seen...soon. A healthy Mommy makes for a huge difference in making a healthy baby.

Try having her take a test (it may ome out neg. but worth a shot) I used the clear blu easy digital & got a positive 7 days before my missed period, I could not wait to know either. Good Luck

You never know. Sore breasts can indicate pregnancy, but they could also be a sign that she's about to have her period.
I know you probably won't take my advice, but if you're getting married anyway, why don't you wait until after the wedding? What would be the harm? Then she won't have to walk down the aisle pregnant, or with a post-pregnant belly.

You can get a pregnancy test called Clearblue which you can do 4 days before her period is due - it's very accurate. If you can't do that go to the doctor who'll give you fiancee a blood test which normally gives you the answer!

Well for any healthy couple it can take anywhere from 6 months to a year of really calculated trying, so don't get your hopes up on the first shot! Relax, it will happen when it happens.

Well, I hope your finace is pg, but you have to take it easy...sometimes women don't get pg just the 1st time trying...I'm not saying it'll take long, but sometimes just one shot isn't enough. I think it's very early to be having those symptoms, maybe she wants a baby so bad she's believing she has pg symptoms. I don't wanna be negative, I do hope you get your baby this month, but if you don't just keep trying! maybe next time you'll get it. Good luck.

Be patient. You can try to take a test with first response, but it may still be too early to tell. She may be pregnant with the symptoms you have described, but they could also be premenstrual symptoms. Good luck
