the whole system is messed up. some people get long terms for not so bad things and the smarter mastermind ones get plea bargains and reduced sentences. In three different cases where a moms negligence caused the death of her baby or babys one got long time in jail, one got probation, and the third just a very short bit in jail. I think the one who got just light probation did just as bad as the one who got long jail time but I was not on the jury so my thoughts don't count.
I could pick some other crime and different people but it would be the same. the one who gets probation is the one with more money and family support. The one who gets the most jail time is the one with the least support from their family and not enough money to raise an adequate defense.

Well if we let all smoke weed, the obesity rate will skyrocket.
And i will buy shares in 7-11 lol.
Not many POTHEADS get things done, but I see people use it as a stress release after a hard day to help relax. Unless not misused who should care, but if legal it creates legalized dealers which means harder to prosecute pushers, which can also cause more problems.

We make drugs illegal and jail people who do them. Why? To stop these people from doing these drugs. Well it doesn't work. People still and always will do drugs. The only thing we are doing now is taking up jail space, wasting law enforcement's time and wasting tax-payer's money. ALL drugs should be decriminalized, especially smoking grass. We should spend all of our efforts on prevention instead of punishment.
And I too will smoke a bowl to that!

I think the deal is that drugs like coffee and tobacco make people work harder but pot makes people lazy (and stupid) so the economic interests are opposed to it.
