well yes specially Nancy Ajram i heard that she did 22 one and i saw a picture of her before she changed lot truly i don't know any one who didn't except Majda Roomy u can find pictures from before and after on the net from google search

not most but some...nancy ajram had face plastic surgery and breasts and haifa wahbe had breast implants (obviously!)

oooooooooooooooooh yeah,, all lebanese ones did, all khaliji ones did (the least thing is that their eyebrows are tattoed) some syrian and egyptian did too :)
