I am 15 weeks pregnant but since last week I have been feeling something in my lower tummy, similar to the feeling of a pulse, but more spontaneous. Sometimes it is combined with little twinges and it's not like the usual windy feeling! It is my first baby and everything suggests I should not feel this for sometime yet but I am sure it's not trumps. Can anyone help?

What a blessing! Those first flutters are so exciting. No one knows for sure, but you. If it feels like nothing you ever felt before, I would say it is your baby!

God bless you!

If you are of slim build then you probably are feeling your baby! I felt my first moves at 16 weeks, apparently the slimmer you are, more often than not the earlier you feel movements. Good luck! P.S. Whenever im pregnant i love to lay in the bath and place the soap on my belly and watch it get kicked off! A few weeks off yet but try it when you see your tummy move! God i think im addicted to being pregnant, writing this is making me want another!!!

It could definitely be your baby kicking and squirming! I felt my baby's first movements around sixteen weeks. Every woman and baby is different, so who knows? Just wait till you can actually see your belly jump from her movements. It's incredible. And once you're toward the end of your pregnancy (I'm at 40 weeks, 5 days now) you can actually see and feel where the baby's specific body parts are. Congratulations :)

I felt my baby at about 15-16 weeks during my first pregnancy. It felt more like little bubbles going across my lower abdomen. You could be feeling it, but it may just be stretching. You'll know for sure when you do and it should be very soon.

yes, those could be the first baby movements you are feeling!! usually first time moms don't know what to expect so they began recognizing them later when they are stronger...but it also depends on your body type (if you are a big girl or a petite one), if you are petite, or slim or fit the chances are that you will feel them earlier. I felt them at around week 17th...but as I said, works different from verybody. Congratulations on your baby

I was 16 weeks when I first felt our baby move. Nothing else like it .... How exciting for you. Remember these sweet moments now, cause in about 4 or 5 months you wont be as in love with the movements... The first time you get a foot to the rib or as my son likes to just stretch his feet across my ribs and then sometimes gets caught there.... The first movements are definitely the best.

Congrats!

It is probably your baby moving, every one feels it at a diffrent point. My OB told me to expect it to feel like gas bubbles or a fluttering of btterfly wings. I found it to feel more like fluttering.

15 weeks is a bit early but who knows. I think it sort of feels like a little flutter right above the pubic bone.
