They are called Hyperbolic microphones. They are used to pick up sound from a surrounding environment, not just a single person speaking.

it makes it alot easier to pick up sounds form the games. so you can hear the players hit and the quarterback yelling....of u didnt have it would be like watching a silent movie (you know whats going on but you would much rather have sound)

It allows them to magnify and pick up sounds from the game. Tthey have microphones in the middle of the bowl.

they are little clear dishes to communicate with the aliens to tell them to stay away we are in the middle of a good football game

Those are field microphones, they are used to transmit the sound from the field to the booth. Everytime you hear a pop or bam on the field this is what brings that to you.
