That all depends on your body and how quickly/rapidly your body begins to change. My first stretch marks showed up on my breasts....and that was at the very beginning. I ended up getting stretch marks on my stomach during the 6th - 9th months of pregnancy.
Some say that if your mom got stretch marks then you will too, but I have seen women walk away from pregnancy with few (if any) stretch marks. It is a wait an see sort of thing!

I did not get stretch marks until I was in my last month of pregnancy and I don't understand this since I was as big as a beach ball ( I was all belly no joke. ) I did nothing to try to stop them they just came late but when they did come they came big time.. I am proud to have them since it's a mark that came from my son which I love more than anything or anyone on this earth.

I got through 7 or 8 months without one stretch mark...and then all of a sudden overnight literally one whole side of my stomach had them and about a week or so later there were more on my other side. I only gained 15lbs with my baby and I did everything to prevent them. If your going to get them your going to get them. Its so upsetting!

well it all depends on your skin type. If your mom got them, most likely you will too. Women get them thru pg but is hard to say when...use a lot of cream butter in your belly. Everyone says cocoa butter works wonders...but the truth is, if you are meant to get them not even the most expensive lotion will prevent you from it. I haven't got any yet....but my belly still has a long time to stretch....good luck

My stretch marks did not start until around my 6 month and after they started it was bad. I really should have used that lotion on my tummy.

I think mine started to appear around the 5-6th month, When my belly REALLY started getting bigger...Although I didn't really notice how many I had gotten until AFTER he was born and my belly was no longer stretched to pieces.

I've had 5 kids and I never got a single stretch mark anywhere. Stay out of the sun as much as possible since it makes your skin less elastic, rub lotion on your belly and any other parts that may be growing to ensure they are well moisturized. I used coco butter lotion mostly.

6-7 months.
Mine didn't get too bad. I used this stuff I got at the pharmacy made for pregnant women. I wish I knew the name---it was in a purplish/pink jar. It stopped the itching and I have pretty faint marks after a couple of kids.
