Julia would be keeping up her running with the twins too.
What about her running in the movie "Conspiracy Theory" with Mel Gibson watching on from a helicopter?
She is a great horse rider too, a very fit girl.

Lost and Delirious with Piper Perabo, Mischa Barton (The O.C.), Jessica Pare (Jack and Bobby) and Emily VanCamp (Everwood). It won a Genie (Canadian Oscar) for best cinematography and has an awesome original score. Although it does have an animal in it, a falcon, that needs to be nursed, it's too busy eating mice stolen from a lab and help driving one of the characters insane to be called cute. Lawn Dogs with Sam Rockwell and Mischa Barton. It's well written with lots of stand alone quotes. It's a very dark satire about the rich and the poor. "There are people that own lawns and people that mow lawns and they are never the same." "Popular girls are neither bored or boring." "I don't like kids, they smell like TV." Skipped Parts with Mischa Barton, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Drew Barrymore and Bug Hall (Little Rascals movie) which is basically Porkies, but the actors are actually the age of their characters of 13. In one scene Jennifer tastes Bug Hall's wet dream.

I think Julia Roberts runs faster, she has a larger nose which help her in breathing rapidly
