somebody could help me with my firewell settings?

i have a problem to open my emails so somebody advised me to settings my firewalls and my internet restriction because there is something to block my mail so somebody knows how to unblock the settings for firewall i need help i just put my security settings to medium because was at medium high and was one reason also that block me to get into my email.

you need to unblock the application that you are using for accessing your emails.
Ex. If you are using Outlook for accessing your emails then you need to unblock (in firewall). Else if you are using Internet Explorer to access them then simply unblock (i.e. grant full access to) IE.

Anyways... which Firewall you are using? That can bring more things in light.... :o)
