them 2 companies have mostly had things/items/objects that have come out of their packets. what were they and what company? like i remember kellogs having figures from a recent movie (at the time) in corn flakes or walkers having things like pogs (in early 90's i think) to collect and you had certain amounts of them to collect and you'd swap them with friends in exchange for the ones you didnt have. do you remeber any other promotions like that? what company was it/is it?

Kelloggs have done:
- free PC games
- free kids books
- free toys
Walkers did that one where you had to find a small blue prize envelope in the pack that had £10 inside.

Pepsi did a free music cd promo (I got a Corrs single)
Smarties did free sunglasses with green smarties promo packs
Coke do lots of promos
Guiness give away lots of stuff - hats, t-shirts, key chains etc
Happy meals as well - but I never got them as they were very unhealthy to eat.
Weetabix did free toy dinosaurs with tokens.

Promotions are like belly buttons- Everyone has one- Not companies, obviously but people who work for them, the advertisers is it? or is it PR?- anyway the people who think of the promotions. They all do it, some of them.
