Well living in Britain where the 3 'main' parties are all left of centre and trying to ban any party that even thinks of slipping over the centre line towards the right, it becomes a difficult question. However I would vote for any party that would give the power back to the British people, ban 'political correctness' and bring back common sense! So I guess that makes me a +10 and a racist......or at least it does in Blair's Britain!

For Americans, the answer to this question is relatively difficult using this scale. 90% of American politics takes place in the -2 to +2 range. America has pretty much made its decisions on most of the major issues, driving issues towards the center of the right-left scale. Domestic politicians like to make the differences seem huge, but there are still functioning Communist parties out there in the world.

I'd guess I'm about a -.4 or -.5

Don't. On your made up concepts of reality , I ain't going to even try to justify my opinions or views.
One thing I do thou is that we should stop complaining about the young people who are causing so much trouble in our society and start to embrace youth for it's energy and ideals, for far too long society has been based on what people have done before, time is ripe for people to move up a scale and get rid of this bottle neck of power that politicians have over us, the young ..Yes by definition , there will come a time when i get older and younger people may also think the same, but change is the precursor progression. Lets get the demographics right, truly represent the majority and be mind full and respectful of the minority.

Left wing ideal wing is all a recreation designed to make the folk somewhat think of they could make a call via balloting. Ever on account that Jimmy Carter has been in ability the council on distant places family members have controlled the government. The presidents have only been puppets controlled via the council on distant places family members. this is why Obamas rules are a carbon replica of Bush's. the two substantial applicants with the biggest spending on their marketing campaign are funded and controlled via the comparable cfr so it somewhat is not substantial who gets in. the well-known public are fooled and yet another 4 years of tyranny is ushered in.

I guess more right than left. I believe I am a very moral person for the most part and I don't subscribe to the most liberal values. Needless to say I was very disappointed last night in the returns.

Living in a country where the conservative party is further to the left than the labour party, it's very difficult to know!

In Tennessee. I will not use Dukalink's scale.

Strict Constitutional Constructionism cannot take us into socialism or fascism. Only the liberals' Positivism is capable of that.

It depends on the issue (as it should). I believe anybody who blindly follows the party line, no matter what the issue, is a fool and a determent to this country.

A little left of center. It really depends on the issue.
