the other day i saw a man jwalking so i hit the gas and swerved in to him ,he stood there giving me the finger . well i ran him over i stoped and when i came up on him he was yelling in spanish i left the scene .im guessing he was an illegal can i be charged for running him over if he was an illegal or will he be deported . after all if he was an illegal he has no rights does he .

This is a non bias answer. No you should not be charged for this , but our government actually give these people more rights than they give Americans so what does that say about our government????? Basically it is hurray for the illegals that actually get over here and get in our system and they, the government will actually help them get thier citizenship. I say run over them all......!

Yes ! You certainly can and most probably will go to jail and you most certainly deserve to go to jail for such lack of consideration for the lives of other people !
To aim your vehicle at anyone and then drive it at them whether or not you actually hit them with your vehicle is no different then aiming a gun at them and pulling the trigger !

You are guilty of a crime and if you do not report this act to the police, you will be caught and will also be charged with much more serious offenses!

Not a doubt, get ready for the slammer Boy, don't know much do about illegals rights. But I expect he could also sue you for injuries and the like. Never run over a pedestrian even if his J walking, I learn that many years ago when i knocked down a guy who had run from a bank during a robbery, He got more money from my insurance company than from the heist in fact.

hmmmm yea u should go to jail people go to jail over animal abuse and even if it is an illegal person it is still a person he might be deported but that s after u face a nice little prison term
