I dont think you should trust him, i mean why would your sister tell you that your man had messed around on you, unless she knew for definate. Its not the easiest thing in the world to tell a loved on that their partner has been upto no good,

I think you should call him and tell him what you are feeling and why you are feeling this way, your feelings will change when you are face to face with them, they always do. I think that there must have been something going on for the story to even get started, and it is easy for a man to have sex but not to get emotional about it and feel guilty.

You can maybe take a week or two away from him and these people and just be on your own and catch up with your real feelings, if you can get over this, not knowing for sure what happened, then thats fine, but I think it will eat away at you, i know if would with me.

I wish you all the luck in the world and wouldnt wish that pain on anyone.

God Luck and remember there is always someone better out there for you,

Sounds like you don't trust your man. I am in a marriage with a man I totally trust and if someone told me he had cheated on me I trust and know him enough to not believe it without even asking him. I know you really want to believe him and you will stick with him no matter what anyone says unless you have absolute proof he did it. Keep this in mind though. you will probably never have the true answer and it will always be in the back of your mind. Also if he did sleep with this girl then think of what other guys she has slept with too. Whatever they have she has and whatever she has your boyfriend now has and will give it to you. So be careful.

Trust your sister. I made the mistake of trusting one of my ex's and I later found out that my sister was right. He had not only cheated on me once, but repeatedly because he knew he could get away with it. Once a dog, always a dog! What reason would your sister have to lie to you? She's family. She's looking out for you. Lose him and show him he can't do this to you!

Well you can wait till he comes home and talk to him about it, or you could dump him and see if he comes back to you but I would trying talking to him about how your feeling, and if you know your boyfriend well enough when you see him you should know when hes lieing to you, and the question also is do you care about him enough to forgive him if he did, and to give him a second chance if he did or are you just going to break up with him if he did thats up to you and how you feel about him it has to come from your heart.

i don't know how your relationship works...with me its an open relationship, and my self policy? i always give my boyfriend the benefit of the doubt. trust is on top of my list. so whatever he does as long as i know what he is doing and he doesnt make a fool out of me AND he is definitely aware that i can do whatever he can do, then everything is smooth sailing. if i ask him and he said not true i believe it. but i told him if i found out he lied, then there is nothing to talk about. that's the end. so far, we're on our tenth yr and engaged now.

Ask your BF - in person...you will be able to tell from his reaction as to whether or not he did.
Long distance relationships seldom stand the strain - if your BF did cheat, it is time to move on.

More than likely if people are telling you that he did, then he did. The old saying goes, once a cheat always a cheat. Kick him to a curb!

Lets use logic, would your boyfriend be dumb enough to tell her boyfriend that he cheated on you knowing full well it was going to get back to you?

You don't have to believe him 100% & also you don't have to believe in what people say too. You have to find out yourself whether it's true or not.

my friend you just have to see it yourself to stop all the mess in your brain.
1) take a week leave and go to your bf 's friend to find out.
2) if you can afford, take a investigator to do it for you.

i hope this will celar your mind out.,
