Child Protective Services told me that children belong to the state and not to the parent. I have had an issue with the same Social worker and she's trying to nail me with anything she can think of. The last time this happened she had to be told by a supervisor to back off of me because she was adamnetly trying to get me on something--anything. I want to know what my rights are and what I can do to get this woman off my back. My son, who is 5 but has the mentality of a 2 year old said something to a teacher and the teacher called CPS.....this is the same child whom last week rode a mouse through the kitchen and then to the moon....so..you tell me if anything he says should be taken to heart. He said he was being hit and then when I asked him why he had said I was doing that he said he was telling the lady about what his friends were doing on the playground that day. While my 7 year old sat there tryng to say that he's never been hit by me or anyone else, the SW told him to be quiet.

Child Protective Services is a criminal agency whose caseworkers persistently lie and commit human rights atrocities all over America. Children do not belong to the state, this is an unconsitutional claim that violates the Bill of Rights and the 13th Amendment to the Constitution. To learn what your rights are, please visit the LIFE (Liberty Independence & Family Equality) website at the link below in Source. I urge you to study the section called The Family Court Hearing - A Constitutional Defense linked from the LIFE website.

neither you nor your children belong to the state. your children have the right to have their rights protected by the state, just as you do.

call the woman's supervisor. if you don't get results, call a lawyer.

it's so hard to get CPS involved for really egregious problems, it's weird to imagine they're messing with you needlessly, but it happens. And, when it happens, they never want to let go and prove/admit they were wrong.

i don't think a 5 year old who talks about riding mice and going to the moon has the mentality of a 2 year old. sounds like a healthy 5 year old.

So something it really is a ought to she may have. As for the MMR, I do plan to have that done to boot and that is the reason. I had to have it done around the age of nineteen/20 because I artwork contained in the medical field, and also you should have had it with the intention to graduate from college and artwork the EMS field. I were given it and for type of two days it made me very sick, yet as i replaced into informed by my mom virtually each and every vaccine made me have flu like indications even as i replaced into youthful. i might want to fairly get them done at an early age, done instantly, be sick once, and then flow on and by no potential ought to have them again. yet again that is purely me. honestly no i did not recognize it replaced into such a good number of vaccines. also you're searching into different international places. Are you contained in the U. S.? if so you won't be able to use the united kingdom's or anybody else's protocols on vaccines. each and every international places CDC is a touch diverse, and hence so are the vaccines. once you've a inhabitants that has a larger danger of having something, then that vaccine is altered a touch to in good structure that inhabitants more effective.

You have the right to get a public or private defender and go to family court and explain everything to a judge.
SW's are so overworked and most seem hell bent on protecting the kids that they spend way too much time in overdrive mode. They lose lots and lots of common sense. Most of them are so burned out they need to retire and move on to other types of work.
Teaching and medical staffs are obligated to report certain things because they get blamed and lose jobs when things go unreported and abuse cases surface. So now to protect their employment they report everything.
