Need help with my video card?

I replaced my old Geforce 4 MX440 with a new Geforce FX5200, before i replaced my video card everything was perfect.
after installing the new Geforce fx i turned on the pc and the power indecator light did not turn on, only the busy indecator light was on no beeps nothing and my LCD was clear i dont know what to do Please can someone help me

make sure you plugged the power cord back in and switched the power suppy on and the card is fully seated
