Oh! Well, I'm not sure if these are considered actual dance songs, but they're fun to dance to! LM.C - "Oh My Juliette" An Cafe - "My Heart Leaps For C" Girugämesh - "Evolution" LM.C - "Boys and Girls" Maximum The Hormone - "Koi No Mega Lover" (has rock breakdowns.. But very fun^^) I know some more, but I'm side-tracked and more into Japanese metal and rock so.. Yes. I hope I helped a bit^^ My friend could help more, but she's in Disney World >.> Anyway, check out some An Cafe and LM.C stuff. I think they're music is quite dancey... :P (I would have better luck telling you Korean dance songs, but oh well.) Sorry I couldn't give you lots of songs. (Also, a lot of anime fans like the song "Caramelldansen", but it's not Japanese... It's Swedish. Just thought I'd throw it in there.)

I use to know one from when I grew up in Sasebo, something about a hummingbird and the cherry blossom tree played on a three stringed instrument ( I forget the name of the piece) it was very mesmorizing even at a young age there were fish dressings and houses and birds and mommasons too!

You could look up information on geisha. Also check out the Memoirs of a Geisha movie soundtrack. Geisha were the most talented artists in Japan. Each specialize in their own form of art, many specialize in dance. Happy Dancing!!
