His name is Yuk from Mighty Man and Yuk. Supposedly his face is so scary that the dog house is used to cover it in darkness

Good Question. I thought I knew all the HB characters. I knew who you were talking about when I first read the question. But couldnt remember from which cartoon family he was from. I looked through my animation books to locate him but I was too late. I was looking in the Scooby-Doo family for some reason. Props to the guy who came up with Mightyman and Yukk. His name is Yukk.

I've been racking my brain with this one & finally remembered his name was Yuck, but I'd forgotten he was down with Mighty Man. Much props to the previous answer!

by the way....did anyone else notice how MightyMan's "non-super" alter-ego looked a LOT like David Hasselhoff in his "Knight Rider" days?
Or am i imagining that?
