I am a band nerd at my school. I love band and there aren't many people at my school that are the same way. Is anyone out there like me?

Band Geek and yes their are others like you just keep your head up and when you hit college its a whole new ball game (no pun intended)). Don't let ppl get you down just think you know how to do something they don't (play an instrument) and you love doing it . How awesome is that ?!!! Good Luck :)

my husband is. and all of his friends. i wasn't in the band. let's see, he played the drums (quads) and his best friend played the tuba. doesn't get much more nerdy than that. their other friend played the flute. her husband (from another city) also played quads for his band. they have another friend that also played flute and her sister played clarinet. but, these people weren't really looked down upon for being in the band. they're actually pretty normal, some of them could kick anyone's *ss....
