Couldn't they just do it at home, and save themselves the public embarrasment?

They take them to Walmart because it's just the place to be these days! I think they like the public embarrassment on some level.....

If kids are not trained at home the results show up in places like Wal Mart and the parent see how bratish theirs are and put on a showy display .

Lol that's a good question it makes me mad to see woman abuse their kids at walmart I have 2 Little girls and rather then spank them i embarrass them by time outs in the middle of the store
