I've already have my undergrad work done. My GPA is good but not great. I still need to take my GMAT and I know I'll need to do well on it. I don't plan to go back to school for a few yrs. What else can I do to improve my chances (other than get a perfect score on the GMAT :) )?

Most MBA programs look for candidates with work experience. However, make sure that you take your GMAT while you are still in school (or as close to is as possible), since your test-taking skills deteriorate without practice. Since you know you need to compensate for your GPA, invest in a reputable test prep program to get you the eye-popping GMAT scores.

Good luck!
