Well these are just frauds. I also received many many many emails. Many of them say that they are from Bank of Africa and they want to transfer the money of a dead person who died in a plane crash with his all family members and no one will be coming to get his money so they wanna give that money to me. HAHAHAHAHAHA.
This is funny that I received the same stupid stinky story from more than 100 email addresses. Well buddy ignore them. They may contain viruses. And don't download any attachment given by those frauds.
OK? Takecare

There is no way to catch them. They work out all the possibilities of being found to be a scam before they advertise their quick money methods. Delete them.

The best you can do is play along and try to get them to prove you have won... however this is strictly for you own amusement.
Very little can actually be done about them, my advise; delete them, block them and forget about them.
