when i was pregnant with my first son, it actually hurt to do it missionary style. the best position for us was me on top. but i am now pregnant with my second son, and it feels incrediable for him to be on top...i guess that when i had my 1st son, something inside of me changed...i dont know why. it also hurt very badly to do it doggy style with my 1st, but it doesn't hurt to do it doggy style with this pregnancy. i also, like the 1st answer, am a fan of laying on your side with one leg in the air or on his shoulder.

You lie on your side and your partner enters from behing. It gives you more
control of the action. I got to like this position. It's like making lazy mans
cabbage rolls. Why would you go back?
