My goals are not going to be the same as any other woman. Why are you posting this in GLBT, are you talking about gay men, Lesbians, bisexual and transgendered persons?

As a bisexual woman of 53 my goal in life right now is to complete the remodeling of my home before I go stark raving mad. I have everything else I need, or I've learned to live without it.

It depends upon the woman and what she wants out of life. My personal goals are to own my own business someday and to have enough money to live comfortably, and perhaps to travel and see the world and spend plenty of quality time with my husband. In the short term, my goals are to finish painting and wallpapering the bathroom before my mother in law comes to visit for Thanksgiving and to complete some projects at work, notably finishing a CD that will allow for an unattended install of Windows XP Professional and all current patches as well as MS Office 2003. I want to keep my elderly cat happy and healthy, and try to convince my husband to quit smoking. My goals aren't very lofty.
