how do i get onto the net with my psp.every time i scan and find an ssid and test conection, they ask for some security code which i dont know

If you don't have your own router and you don't know the code for the other connections then there is not much you can do. You can get a router or a WiFi Max USB devices that hooks up to your computer, for $40. Check Best Buy.
