I do the same. I dream about people who I haven't seen in over 20 years. I've had no contact with them, so why would I dream about them! It is all to weird. Do what I do. Just kick back and enjoy the dream!

Is it people in this life or your previous one. You could go and try and get regressed to see who u were beforehand.
